Report on the Coordination Meeting and the Establishment of the Joint NGO Support Network Committee

A coordination meeting was held with the participation of several NGO directors, following two previous meetings, to discuss practical solutions to the challenges facing non-governmental organizations. Participants exchanged views and recommendations on strengthening cooperation, coordination, and mutual support among NGOs. It was agreed to establish a Joint Committee to coordinate with the Network before engaging with government authorities, donors, and other stakeholders, ensuring unified positions and recommendations. The meeting also agreed to prioritize strengthening the Network's structure and completing its official registration. The next step will focus on developing mechanisms and professional standards to build the capacity of member organizations and promote effective, collaborative solutions to common challenges.
